Patricia Musgrave

Patricia Ann Musgrave, 75, Delaware, formerly of Findlay, died at 11:15 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 22, 2016, at the Western Reserve Masonic Community, Medina.

Visitation will be held from 2-6 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 25, at Coldren-Crates Funeral Home, Findlay, where a vigil service will be held at 6 p.m.

A mass of Christian burial will be held Monday, Sept. 26, at 10 a.m. at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, Findlay, with the Rev. Art Niewiadomski officiating. Burial will follow at St. Michael Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Western Reserve Masonic Community Memory Unit.
