Lisa Price

Lisa J. Price, 57, Forest died Sunday, Oct. 22, 2017, at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay.

She is survived by her parents, Thomas and Barbara  (Spoon) Price, Forest; a daughter, Elizabeth (Sean) Price Crosby, Columbia, S.C.; and a son, Tom Seeley, Kenton.

Funeral services were held Thursday, Oct. 26, at Clark Shields Funeral Home, Forest.
