Donald Suber

Donald A. Suber, 85, of Carey, died at 5:10 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 17, 2018, at Wyandot Memorial Hospital in Upper Sandusky.
Born Jan. 15, 1933, in Carey, he was the son of the late Clarence V. and Eva Bernice (Tong) Suber. He married Ann Stephan on Sept. 12, 1954. She survives in Carey. Also surviving are his children, Julia L. Porter of Westmont, Ill.; and David C. (Tammy) Suber, Carey; three grandchildren, Chris (Monika) Porter, Stephanie Burnside and Erin Suber; and two great grandsons, Chase and Blake Porter.
Preceding him in death were his parents and two brothers, Garold and Esthel Suber.
Donald was a 1951 graduate of Wharton High School and a life long farmer. He was a U.S. Army veteran and affiliated with Wharton United Methodist Church in Wharton.
Visitation and service were private. Burial followed in Wharton Richland-Union Cemetery in Wharton.
