Timothy Stock

Timothy Wayne Stock, 53, of Clinton, N.C., passed away Monday, March 19, 2018, at Cape Fear Valley Hospital in Fayetteville, N.C. Born April 28, 1964, in Ohio, he was the son of James and Phyllis Ann (Slade) Stock Sr.
Surviving are his wife, Jenny Stock, Clinton, N.C.; his children, Donnie Whitehead of Lillington, N.C.; and Sherry Stone of Clinton, N.C.; five grandchildren, Britney Whitehead, Brent Stone, Donnie Whitehead Jr., Haley Stone, and Cristan Stone; his father, James Stock Sr., Findlay; two brothers, James (Pam) Stock Jr. “JR” and Kenny (Willa) Stock, both of Carey; and two nephews, Patrick and Kendrick Stock.
Tim was preceded in death by his mother and his son, Victor Stock.
Tim was a graduate of Carey High School and was a United States Postal Carrier. He was a U.S. Army veteran of Freedom Iraqi and retired from the Army National Guard. He was a member of Holly Grove Holiness Church, where he previously taught Sunday school.
Services were held Saturday, March 24, in North Carolina and burial, with military honors, followed at the church cemetery.
