Donna Park

Donna L. Park, 88, of Wharton, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 19, 2018, at 5:07 p.m. at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.
Donna was born on Jan. 7, 1930, in Carey, to Robert Paul and Flossie Jane (Wilcox) Walter, both of whom are deceased. She married Raymond Robert Park on June 20, 1948, and he passed away on May 27, 1988.
She is survived by two children, John (Nancy) Park of Astatula, Fla., and Jane (Kevin) Shrider of Forest;  five grandchildren, Michelle (Ron) Mohney, Marsha (Jerry) Daves, Maurine Park, Stacy (Joshua) Sprague and Scott (Courtney) Shrider; along with seven great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a son, Daniel Park, and two brothers, Merle Walter and Robert “Bucky” Walter.
Donna was a homemaker and worked as a real estate salesman with Ray Park Realty and Bill Gillen Realty.
She was a member of the Findlay Bible Methodist Church.
For hobbies Donna enjoyed reading her bible, woodworking, fishing and doing jigsaw puzzles. She will be remembered for her love for the Lord and her family.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, Aug. 22, from 4-7 p.m. at Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky. A funeral service will be held Thursday, Aug. 23, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Travis Johnson and the Rev. Chris Cravens officiating. Burial will follow at Wharton Richland Union Cemetery.
