Ronald Milligan

Ronald E. Milligan, 75, Upper Sandusky, died at Wyandot Memorial Hospital, Upper Sandusky, on Sunday, Feb. 3, 2019.
He is survived by his wife, Connie L. Penwell (Mundy) Milligan, Upper Sandusky; sons, John (Melani) Milligan, Bowling Green; David (Gail) Milligan, Shelby; and a step-daughter, Shannon (Timothy) Ray,  Upper Sandusky.
Visitation will be held from 2-4 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 8, at Bringman Clark Funeral Home, Upper Sandusky.
