Ann Griffin

Ann T. Griffin, 86, of New Riegel, passed away Wednesday afternoon, June 19, 2019, at Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay.
She was born March 27, 1933, in Pandora, to Leo and Estella (Haselman) Kuhlman. On July 18, 1959, in Fostoria, she married Paul R. Griffin.
Survivors include her brother, Donald (Nancy) Kuhlman of Carey; three sisters, Norma Reinhart of Alvada, Nancy (John) Daniel of Tiffin, and Susan (David) Middleton of Findlay; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband in 2005; son, Jeff Risner in 2006; three brothers, Daniel “Danny,” Robert “Bobby,” and Frank Kuhlman.
Ann graduated from Continental High School in 1951 and was member of All Saints Parish, New Riegel, and the Altar Rosary Society. She was a member of the New Riegel Moose, New Riegel American Legion auxiliary, and the Catholic order of Foresters. Ann will be remembered for catering at the New Riegel Legion Hall and many events around the area. She enjoyed playing cards, clipping coupons and day trips with the seniors.
Mass will be held Saturday, June 22, at 10 a.m. at All Saints Parish, New Riegel. Visitation will be held from 9-10 a.m. the same day prior to the service. Burial will follow at St. Boniface Cemetery, New Riegel.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
