Jo Ellen Dunlap

Jo Ellen Dunlap, 63, Sycamore, died at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, July 3, 2019, at Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio.
She is survived by her son, Frank L. Dunlap, Sycamore; and step-daughters, Stephanie Winings and  Heather (Thomas) Oesch, both of Tiffin.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, July 14, at 1 p.m. at Sycamore United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at a later date.
Arrangements were handled by Walton-Moore Funeral Home, Sycamore.
