Phillip Pruett

Phillip G Pruett, 56, of Vanlue, died recently in Allen County.
Born in Hampton, Va., on Feb. 11, 1963, he was the son of the late James G. Pruett and Pat (Emmett) (Dean) Jenkins of Spotsylvania, Va.
He married Deb M. Woomer in 1996. She survives in Vanlue.
Also surviving are two step-children, Brent (Kari) Blair and Julie (James) Eggert, both of Carey; four step-grandchildren, Audrey, Trent, Morgan and Paige; two brothers, Jack Pruett, South Carolina; and Eric Pruett, Virginia; two sisters, Helen Walker, Virginia; and Lorriine Pruett, North Carolina.
Phil was a long time carpenter and worked at CSP in Carey for the past 10 years.
He loved history. He enjoyed Civil War reenactments. He was an outdoorsman, enjoyed hunting and fishing, especially by the Indian Mill. He was a member of the Wyandot County Sportsman Club.
At Phil’s request, there will be no visitation or service.
