Howard Feasel

Howard E. Feasel, 85, of Sycamore, died at 1:15 p.m. Sunday, April 5, 2020, at Wyandot County Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Upper Sandusky.
He was born on Dec. 23, 1934 in Tiffin, to Howard and Germaine (Elchert) Feasel. He married Shirley (Hannum) Feasel on June 18, 1954, and she survives in Sycamore.
Surviving are the following children, Rebecca (George) Solander, Sycamore; Jerry (Carla) Feasel, Byesville; and Jeff (Linda) Feasel, Tuscan, Ariz. Also surviving are five granddaughters and 12 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sons, Steve and Joel Feasel; step-mother, Marguerite Feasel; one brother, Richard Feasel; and one sister, Virginia Morris; besides his parents.
He retired as the Village of Sycamore water plant superintendent having worked for the village for 25 years. Previous to that he drove truck for various area businesses. He was a 1952 graduate of Sycamore High School. He was a former member of the Sycamore Fire Department and a charter member of the Sycamore EMS. He was a former member of Pleasant View Cemetery Association. For hobbies he loved to bowl.
A graveside service for family only will be held at Pleasant View Cemetery, Sycamore, due to the coronavirus. A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
