Phyllis Krichbaum

Phyllis L. Krichbaum, 81, of Findlay, passed away on Nov. 2, 2020, at Heritage Village of Clyde.
She was born on March 16, 1939, in Wyandot County to the late Darl Hemmerly and Edna (Buxton) Dayle. On June 15, 1958, she married Franklin J. Krichbaum of Findlay.
She is survived by her son, Brian (Sally) Krichbaum of Adrian, Mich.; and two daughters, Barbara (John) Britton of Zanesfield; and Heather (Ryan) Ogg of Van Buren. Phyllis is also survived by her brother, Burl (Jennie) Hemmerly of Forest; and sister, Linda Evans of Kenton. She is survived by her eight grandchildren, Jason, Leah and Caleb Krichbaum; Joshua (Bridget), Britton and Brianne (Addison) Alig; Kadin, Noah and Chase Ogg; along with her four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her two brothers, Vernon Hemmerly and Ronald Hemmerly.
Phyllis was a member of the Ladies of Heritage Christian Union and enjoyed sewing, camping, gardening and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a 1957 graduate of Forest High School.  Phyllis worked as a homemaker and was a member of Heritage Christian Union Church.
Visitation will be held from 9-11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 5, at Heritage Christian Union Church in Forest. A funeral will follow led by the Rev. Ken Gray at Heritage Christian Union Church.
