Erik Reamer

It is with great sadness we are announcing the passing of Erik S. “Baby” Reamer. He is one of our greatest joys in life as we remember him.
His quick wit and fun personality will always bring a smile to our hearts. It seems as if he was just starting to follow his dreams and ambitions. He had a plan and was working hard building a home for himself. He had grown into his role in the family business and is an irreplaceable part of our team. His love for his family was huge, mostly shown in his kidding ways. He saved his hugs for his mom, aunts and nieces and oh how we will miss them. You are loved Erik Slade Reamer (He always said he hated his middle name, but we know he really loved it). Erik was born on Sept. 30, 1986, to Mike and Kathy (Ekleberry) Reamer. Erik is a number three son, following Nathan James Reamer, Tiffin, and Jared Michael (Rachel) Reamer of West Salem. And finally girls were added to the family, nieces Evelyn and Natalie. Erik loved you all.
Erik attended Mohawk High School, graduating in 2005. Erik liked school (most days) and was involved in baseball, golf and wrestling. He went to Owens Technical and The University of Toledo before working at Werk-Brau and finally coming home to Design and Fabrication Inc., Upper Sandusky, as a mechanical designer/owner. Forever our love goes with you.
Visitation for Erik will be held on Saturday, March 27, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at Walton-Moore Funeral Home, Sycamore. The family would like everyone attending the visitation wear a mask and social distance.                  Memorial contributions can be made to the Mohawk Community Library, Mohawk Athletic Boosters or the Wyandot County Humane Society in care of Walton-Moore Funeral Home, P.O. Box 350, Sycamore, OH 44882. The family will receive family and friends after 2 p.m. Saturday, March 27, at the Sycamore Community Center. Online expressions of sympathy can be made at waltonmoorefuneralhome.com.
