Erin J. Boose, 40, Forest, died on Friday, March 12, 2021, at Marion General Hospital.
She is survived by her parents, Daniel Gibson, Carey; and Debra (Boose) Brown, Forest; sister, Ashley (Darel) Scott, Upper Sandusky; step-brother, Chadd Brown; and step-sisters, Taja Wilcox and Kristi Austin,.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 21, at Hueston Cemetery, Forest.
Arrangements were handled by Clark Shields Funeral Home, Forest.
