Born April 3, 1955, in Findlay, he was the son of Dwight W. and Patricia R. (Lee) Brown Sr. He married Cheryl Webster on Oct. 10, 1975, and she survives in Carey. Bud enjoyed all sports, but he definitely had two favorites. Watching the Cleveland Browns, OSU Buckeyes on TV and attending The Outlaw Racing Series topped the list. He was also an outdoorsman. For relaxation, he enjoyed fishing, camping and flower (roses) gardening.
He was a kind-hearted person and would do anything to help someone in need, especially when it came to family. He loved his family and was a great provider for them.
Friends will be received from 10-11 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 16, at Stombaugh-Batton Funeral Home in Carey. The funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. at the funeral home, with the Rev. William Schultz officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help the family with expenses.
