Phillistine Caudill, 72, Sycamore, died at 8:02 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 16, 2021, at her residence.
Surviving are her children, Tina Swavel and Ray J. Caudill, both of rural Sycamore.
A funeral service was held Dec. 22 at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Ky. Burial followed at Green Berry Hall Cemetery, McDowell, Ky.
Arrangements were handled by Walton-Moore Funeral Home, Sycamore.
