Mary Shedenhelm
Mary L. Shedenhelm, 94, of Sycamore, died on Monday, Feb. 14, 2022, at Wyandot County Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Upper Sandusky.
She was born on Feb. 17, 1927, in Tiffin, to the late Earl and Leta (Beis) Bare. She married William Shedenhelm and he preceded her in death.
Surviving is a daughter, Vicki (William) Parker, rural Upper Sandusky; grandchildren, Larry (Theresa) Parker, Great Falls, Mont.; Tracy (Lee Spitler) Wilkins, rural Upper Sandusky; great-grandchild, Logan Allen Parker; a sister, Ruth Feisel, Fostoria; and a sister-in-law, Rita Bare, Nashville, Tenn.
She is preceded in death by four brothers and a sister.
She graduated from McCutchenville High School and attended Trinity United Methodist Church. Mrs. Shedenhelm was retired owner and operated Mary’s Decorative Studio.
She was also a former member of Smithville United Methodist Church, Cross Over the Bridge restoration committee, reconstruction committee for the Wyandot County Log Cabin at the Wyandot County Fairgrounds.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 24, at Walton Moore Funeral Home, Sycamore, with the Rev. James Stauffer officiating. Visitation is from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. before time of services at the funeral home.
