Lora Hunter
Lora Jean Hunter, 57, of Carey, passed away peacefully on the night of Thursday, April 21, 2022, at Bridge Hospice Care Center in Findlay. She was born May 14, 1964, in Upper Sandusky, to Raymond and Virginia (Burks) Mullholand.
Lora graduated from Mohawk High School and attended Tiffin Hair Academy. She enjoyed spending time with her children, but Lora’s pride was most on display when she was able to spend time playing with her grandchildren who each had a special place in her heart.
Lora is survived by her mother, Virginia; sons, Joe E. (Christine) Hunter, Jeff T. (McKenna) Hunter; and daughter, Jaclyn Rae Hunter, all of Carey; five grandchildren, Harper, Hagen, Hazel, Quinn and Zoe Hunter; five brothers, Owen (Nicky), Edward (Deb), Robert (Lisa), Richard (Marsha) and Ray Mullholand; and one sister, Oleta (Jim) Kin.
She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Mullholand, and brother, Jerry Ray Mullholand.
Friends and family may visit from noon-3 p.m. Wednesday, April 27, at Memorial United Methodist Church, Carey. A funeral service will begin at 3 p.m. following visitation at the church with the Rev. Cynthia Morrison officiating.
Memorial contributions in Lora’s name may be made to Memorial United Methodist Church.
