Kevin Miller

Kevin E. Miller, 58, of Carey, died at 1:35 p.m. on Saturday, July 16, 2022, at his residence.
He was born May 6, 1964, in Camp Lejeune, N.C., to Thomas E. Miller and Betty L. McElveen. His father and step-mother, Becky, survive in Fostoria. His mother survives in Ocean Isle Beach, N.C.
Kevin was a 1982 graduate of Carey High School and a huge Blue Devils fan. Kevin will also be remembered as an avid Cleveland Browns and Buckeyes fan.
He retired in 2021 after 15-plus years on the automation team at Charter Steel in Fostoria. When Kevin was not working, he enjoyed relaxing on the golf course and fishing.
Surviving is his brother, Tony Miller of Ocean Isle Beach, N.C.; a niece, Melody Miller of Cincinnati and his four-legged companion, Baker.
Preceding him in death are his brother, Daniel A. Miller and step-father, Lee Gonya.
A funeral mass will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 20, at the Basilica of Our Lady of Consolation in Carey, with the Rev. Xavier Goulet, OFM Conv., officiating.
The family wishes to invite family and friends to join them at the Shrine Cafeteria for food, fellowship and a time of reflection following the service.
