Rachael Lyn Grubbs Fall, 41, Bellefontaine, died on Monday, Feb. 27, 2023, at her residence.
She is survived by her parents, David (Mary) Grubbs and Sharon (Sam Nichols) Holtzberger Grubbs; maternal grandmother, Betty Bayes, Bucyrus; and step-brothers, Christopher Smith, T.J. Smith, Michael Smith and Kevin Smith.
Services will be private.
