Evelyn Courtad

Evelyn P. Courtad, 94, Forest, died on Sunday, June 4, 2023, at Lima Memorial Hospital.
She is survived by her husband, M. Ray Courtad, and sons, Ray E. Courtad and Donald P. (Joanna) Courtad, all of Forest.
A funeral service will be held Friday, June 9, at 10 a.m. at Clark Shields Funeral Home, Forest. Interment will follow at Hueston Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday, June 8, from 4-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
