Lee Ellen Spain, 62, Forest, died on Sunday, June 11, 2023, at her residence.
She is survived by her husband, Brent M. Spain, Forest; and daughters, Angel Miller, Allison (Austin) Carey and Katie (Michael) Gault, all of Forest.
Visitation will be held Thursday, June 15, from 4-8 p.m. at Clark Shields Funeral Home, Forest. A funeral service will be held Friday, June 16, at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Hueston Cemetery, Forest.
