Edgar Ward

Edgar Ward, 79, Vanlue, died on Sunday, Sept. 24, 2023, at his residence.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth A. (Hopkins) Ward, Vanlue; and children, Patricia Ward, Shirley Ward, Ed (Terri) Ward Jr., Ken (Sara) Ward and David (Terri) Ward.
Visitation will be held at Stombaugh-Batton Funeral Home, Carey, on Wednesday, Sept. 27, from 4-7 p.m. A funeral will be held at Ridge Chapel Church of the Nazarene at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 28. Friends may visit one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Lee Cemetery.
