Glenna Beasley
Glenna Beasley, 78, of Carey, died at 8:49 a.m. Thursday, August 9, 2018, at Blanchard Valley Hospital in Findlay.
Born April 19, 1940, in Salyersville, Ky., she was the daughter of the late Newel and Alma (Burgett) Craft. She married J.C. Rowe and they divorced. She later married Ralph E. Beasley on Oct. 10, 1963, in Carey. Ralph preceded her in death on Nov. 16, 1997.
Surviving are a daughter, Tammy (Larry) Romick of Findlay; two step-children, Mary Jo Grob of Cahokia, Ill.; and Ronnie Beasley of Cape Girardeau, Mo.; two grandchildren, Travis Underwood and Tiffany (Michael) Conley; a step-grandson, Jeffrey Romick; five great-grandchildren, Taten and Averi Underwood, Alyssa Smith and Harley and Kyler Conley; a sister, Donna Garn of Findlay; and many nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were a brother, Paul K. Craft and an infant brother, Larry Craft.
She retired in 1999 from Westinghouse/A.O. Smith in Upper Sandusky after 40 years of employment.
Glenna loved playing Bingo, games of chance and betting the ponies. Glenna’s grandchildren were everything to her.
At Glenna’s request, her service will be private and she will be laid to rest at Spring Grove Cemetery, Carey.
