Linda Cook

Linda Diane Cook, 48, Findlay, died at her residence on Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2018, at 9:40 p.m. under Bridge Hospice Care.
She is survived by her children, Emily Rose Rabinowitz, Findlay; Zachary Seth Rabinowitz, Findlay; and Joshua Evan Cook-Rabinowitz, Findlay.
Visitation will be on Monday Dec. 10, from 10 a.m.-noon at Clark Shields Funeral Home, Forest.  A funeral service will follow at noon.  Burial will be held at a later date at Hueston Cemetery, Forest.
