Carol Stephan

Carol Sue (Quail) Stephan, 77, Forest, died Thursday, April 29, 2021.
She is survived by her husband, James H. Stephan, Forest; and children, Charles Stephan, Kenton, Robert Stephan, Forest; and Valerie Stephan, Forest.
A funeral service will be held Monday, May 3, at 1 p.m. at Clark Shields Funeral Home, Forest. Burial will follow at Old Mission Cemetery, Upper Sandusky. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at the funeral home.
