Howard Kloeppel

Howard “Lee” Kloeppel, 78, of Fostoria, died peacfully in his sleep on Sunday, July 11, 2021, at his home.
Lee was born in Delphos on June 14, 1943, to the late Howard F. and Rita Rose Gertrude (Geise) Kloeppel. Lee was raised on the family farm and graduated from Bluffton High School in 1961. After graduation, he married Barbara Sue Prater and had four wonderful children together. They later divorced and Barbara survives in Carey.
