Edna Bohlen
Edna L. Bohlen, 83, of Upper Sandusky, died at 5:25 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 29, 2021, at Wyandot County Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Upper Sandusky.
She was born Feb. 20, 1938, in Wharton, to Clifton (Tip) and Esther Pearl (Yeater) Myers, both deceased. She married Fred A. Bohlen on May 10, 1965, and he died on Jan. 21, 2016.
She has three children, Ron (Anne) Moore of Carey, Tim (Virginia) Moore of Carey, and Beverly (Joe) Collins of Poli, Ind. Siblings are Jim Myers of Upper Sandusky, Maxine Biglin of Galion, and Ginny Jones of Harpster. She also has six grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by sisters, Anna Jeanette Cornish, Peggy Biglin and Francis Lawrence; brothers, Tommy Myers and Albert (Jumbo) Myers; and a grandson, Timmy Moore.
Edna was a homemaker. She and her husband worked with the American Red Cross for years. She was of the protestant faith.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 2, at Wharton-Richland-Union Cemetery, Wharton, with the Rev. Robert Green officiating.
Memorials can be made to Wyandot County Council on Aging in care of Beach Funeral Home, Carey.
