David Grubbs Jr.

David E. Grubbs Jr., 37, Forest, died on Saturday, Oct. 2, 2021, in the emergency room at Hardin Memorial Hospital.
He is survived by his parents, David (Mary) Grubbs, Forest, and Sharon (Sam Nichols) Holtzberer Grubbs, Kenton, and a daughter, Jade Marie Buchanan, Forest.
Visitation will be held from 1-5 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 6, at Clark Shields Funeral Home, Forest. A graveside service will be held at noon on Thursday, Oct. 7, at Patterson Cemetery, Forest.
