Rosemary Osborn

Rosemary Osborn, 77, Upper Sandusky, died at 10:10 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2022, at the Inn at Westbrook, Upper Sandusky.
She is survived by her children, Shawn Osborn, Sycamore and Angie (Jim) Holcomb, Tiffin.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m.-noon on Friday, Sept. 30, at Stombaugh-Batton Funeral Home in Carey. A funeral service will follow at noon at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery near Sycamore.
