Cecelia Meisner

Cecelia A. Meisner, 93, formerly of rural Tiffin, died at 5:48 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 15, 2024, at The Willows at Tiffin.
Surviving are the following children, J. Peter (Tracy) Meisner, Melmore; James R. Meisner, rural Tiffin; and April Dawn Meisner, Hilliard.
A memorial service will be held at noon on Saturday, March 9, at Walton-Moore Funeral Home, Sycamore. Burial will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery, Sycamore. Visitation will be held on March 9, 2024 from 11 a.m.-noon prior to the memorial service.
