George Musgrave

George Musgrave, 88, formerly of Carey, passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2026, in Baytown, Texas.
He was born in Lovell, to the late Carl A. and Grace (Keckler) Musgrave, and had six siblings: Carl (deceased), Clyde, Ronnie, James, Paul and one sister, Carla (deceased). George was a 1956 graduate of Wharton High School and served in the U.S. Army for four years beginning in 1957 and later worked for National Lime & Stone in Carey for 20 years. He married Rosalyn Cramer and they later divorced.
He is survived by their children: Robert (Susan), Pearland, Texas; Jeffery (Sunny), Walterboro, S.C.; Brian, Carey; and Lori, Carey; grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his wife Rosa, Baytown, Texas and her daughter Melissa (Mat) Dobs and family.
